Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in courier staff development management. He or She is the person who develop competent manpower The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify courier staff development management requirements, plan staff development activities, prepare and conduct training plan, carry out counselling & motivation session, develop departmental succession plan, evaluate staff development management effectiveness and report staff development requirements activities. The outcome of this competency is to produce department training plan, coordinate and conduct actual training, evaluate training effectiveness, carry out counselling & motivation session and develop departmental succession plan in accordance with company policy and Local Authority regulation.
