Penerangan CU | Employees management is essentially Human Resource Management. It is the management of a company workforce, or human resources, which include the attraction, selection, training, assessment and rewarding of employees, while also overseeing company’s leadership and culture to ensuring compliance with the employment and labour laws. The person who is competent shall be able to identify employees management requirements, prepare training program, prepare manpower requirements plan, evaluate employees scheduling performance and plan employees benefit and compensation and prepare report on employees management activities The outcome of this competency is to ensure that human resource, as the most important asset of any company, is managed, trained and motivated at the highest level of employees’ expectation and satisfaction. |
