Penerangan CU | Fruits and vegetable stock ordering involves products, stock, season and ordering system while receiving involves handling and inspecting incoming materials or stock prior to storage process. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to determine ordering quantity, conduct repeat order scheduling, carry out placing order, determine delivery schedule, generate purchase order, handle receiving of goods, carry out quality inspection, carry out quantity inspection and confirming the receiving of goods are in order. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that stock is arranged according to the FIFO method, Storing Procedure and in compliance with JAKIM Halal Certification, Cold Chain Management Guideline and Stock and Inventory Procedures |
