Penerangan CU | Sales and Customer Service in fruits and vegetables retailing refers to sales and customer assistance. This is to guarantee the customers are provided with solutions to their needs, enquiries and complaints to ensure they have a good shopping experience. The person who is competence in this CU shall be able to determine sales requirements, carry out personal selling, provide customer service facilities, attend to customer enquiries and complaints, carry out customer service activities and generate sales and customer service report to determine solutions for improvement. The outcome of this competency is to ensure customer is satisfied with the services provided and getting a good shopping experience in accordance with company’s Customer Service SOP |
