Penerangan CUFruits and vegetables storage & stock control involves activities that ensure stock movement is regularly monitored, and measures are taken especially during goods receiving and storage operations to ensure that all food items are kept under favourable conditions for retail purpose.

The person who is competence in this CU shall be able to handle goods storage arrangement, determine stock count date, prepare stock count materials, check pending documents, carry out sorting activities, carry out recording process and generate stock take report.

The outcome of this competency is to ensure that stock is arranged following the FIFO Method, MOH Storing Procedure and in compliance with JAKIM Halal Certification, Cold Chain Management Guideline and Stock and Inventory Procedures.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to ensure that stock is arranged following FIFO Method, MOH Storing Procedure and in compliance with JAKIM Halal Certification, Cold Chain Management Guideline and Stock and Inventory Procedures. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:-
• Handle goods storage arrangement

• Prepare tools and stationery material
• Check pending documents
• Carry out sorting activities
• Carry out recording process
