Penerangan CU | Fruits and vegetables retail supervision involves basically monitoring day-to-day operations on sales and staff performance to ensure that all work activities are done within acceptable levels of the set targets. The person who is competence in this CU shall be able to prepare job schedule, carry out new staff coaching, carryout staff assessment, monitor staff hygiene practise and monitor personal safety practise. He or she must be able to determine issues and problems and make recommendation in the report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure all work activities are completed according to schedules and Sales Target is achieved in accordance with company guidelines. |
