| Penerangan CU | Rail operations system management describes the competencies required to maintain state-of-the-art technology for efficient operations. Advancement in rail system technology enhances operational efficiency taking into account operational safety factors. However, a cost-benefit analysis has to be conducted in making decision on system upgrading. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to review rail operation system performance, appraise rail operations system technology, propose rail operations system upgrading, develop rail operations system procedure and guidelines, conduct rail operations system familiarisation and facilitate technical support on rail operations system according to operations requirements and company SOP. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the sustainability of the rail system performance safety according to regulatory & operations requirements |
