| Penerangan CU | Rail operations risk management is the business process of forecasting and evaluation of operational risks together with the identification of procedures to avoid or minimize their impact. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to analyse potential risk, prepare contingencies plan, execute recovery action plan and evaluate risk profiling effectiveness according to contingencies plan and operations requirements . The outcome of this competency is to effectively plan risk management measures as to reduce the probability of the risk materialising. |
