| Penerangan CU | Athlete selection coordination refers the activities to discover and recruit talented persons in sports. Hence the person is responsible to coordinate in getting new talent who is qualified and subsequently undergo training with respective sport bodies. The person who is competent in athlete selection coordination and shall be able to determine potential athlete, coordinate health and fitness test and coordinate athlete attachment to the respective sport body. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the availability and sustainability of new talent in sport industry.
