| Penerangan CU | Budget preparation refers to the cost estimate in completing the objectives identified in the planning as realistic as possible,. The budget provides a means to monitor the financial activities. In this way, it's possible to determine how closely the actual progress toward achieving the objectives is being made relative to the proposed budget. The person who is competent in the athlete budget preparation and shall be able to draft annual budget proposal, coordinate periodic financial report and prepare monthly report for annual audit. The outcome of this competency is to ensure sufficient and adequate fund for operating, lawful budget spending and give an opinion on the truth and fairness of expenses incurred. |
