| Penerangan CU | Performance assessment is the act of measuring out of athlete skills based on authentic tasks such as training and competition that require athletes to show what they can do. The coordination is to gather the details about athlete current performance in view of further individual or team progression. The person who is competent in athlete performance assessment coordination and shall be able to determine athlete performance program, monitor athlete performance program and prepare athlete performance assessment report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the production of top-notch athlete and continuation of team sport members line-up with excellent and high-skilled athletes. |
