| Penerangan CU | Athlete performance management refers the activities to develop athlete performance, conduct of daily training, manage competition and adapt of sport science and medicine including sport technology management. Hence the person is responsible to plan the whole process of operational and management of athlete performance. The person who is competent in athlete performance management and shall be able to verify periodization plan for implementation, endorse training and competition participation, determine athlete advancement performance enhancement, endorse sport support services, determine athlete incentive and welfare schemes and determine athlete succession plan The outcome of this competency is to ensure building of a long term sustainable plan and program that works in all areas of athlete performance and organizational success. |
