| Penerangan CU | In sports, a coach is a person involved in the direction, instruction and training of the operations of a sports team or individuals. To become more efficient and effective, he or she must go for the development of professional skills through courses and workshops and by keeping up to date with any arising issues and changes to sporting practices. Coaches performance education management refers to the developing of a coach by giving further training in order to develop or enhance his or her performance. It is also helpful for his or her career development progression. The person who is competent in coaches performance education management and shall be able to determine coaches’ Continuous Professional Education (CPE) program, determine credential coach and CPE provider for CPE programs and evaluate coaches’ CPE progress reports The outcome of this competency is to ensure the team sport members will be trained by credible and high performance coach. |
