Penerangan CU | 3D Game Art Modular Asset Modelling describes the competencies required to build models from repeated textures or assets. Modular assets include assets such as buildings and terrains. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse art direction requirements, conduct research and reference compilation, create 3D modular assets in 3D software based on given texture and block out layout, create detailed 3D mesh and conduct in-game test. The outcome of this competency is the production and development of high quality modular asset models that fulfill art direction and game requirements |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to build models from repeated textures or assets. Modular assets include buildings and terrains. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Analyse art direction requirements • Conduct research and reference compilation • Create 3D asset in 3D software based on texture and block out layout • Create detailed 3D mesh based on confirmed modular • Conduct test in game engine |
