| Penerangan CU | Ground refers to general area which covers the field, open space, river or dam in the vicinity of the dam operation area and under the responsibility of that particular owner. These grounds need to be cleared of blockages and obstacles, including grass and vegetation growth. The person who is competent in ground routine clearance and shall be able to remove blockages and obstacles, cut embankment dam grass and clear small vegetation growth. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the area of responsibility free from blockages and obstacles, long grass and wild growth to allow water flow smoothly and to keep the area neat and tidy.
