| Penerangan CU | Ground refers to general area which covers the field, open space, river or dam in the vicinity of the dam operation area and under the responsibility of that particular owner. Ground clearance scheduling involves the preparation and scheduling of manpower and equipment for clearance activities in the designated area. The person is responsible for preparing manpower, equipment and work schedule for required action The person who is competent in ground clearance scheduling and shall be able to prepare equipment for blockage /obstacle clearance, schedule vegetation growth clearance and grass cutting activities. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the manpower and equipment requirement prepared and detail scheduling of ground clearance activities. The personnel who is competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: Routine Ground Clearance Level 1 |
