| Penerangan CU | A civil structure routine repair means a repair is not classified as emergency or urgent and will usually be completed within a short period of time. The routine repair works such as cleaning or repairing gutters or downpipes, plasterwork repairs and repairs to repairs to internal or external doors or frames. The person is responsible for inspection, identification, perform routine repair and make reports on damages of structures. The person who is competent in civil structure routine repair services and shall be able to inspect and confirm civil structure damages, perform routine repair on civil structure and facilities, visual inspection on dam crest and embankment, determine major repair of fencing system and prepare civil structure routine repair report The outcome of this competency is to ensure the manpower and equipment preparation, take on certain minor work, detect civil structure deficiencies, depth knowledge of fence repairing and civil structure damages reporting. | Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ensure the man power and equipment preparation, take on certain minor work, detect structure deficiencies, depth knowledge of fence repairing and structure damages reporting. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to: - • Inspect and confirm civil structure damages. • Perform routine repair on civil structure and facilities. • Visual inspection on dam crest and embankment. • Determine major repair of fencing system. • Prepare report of civil structure routine repair. |
