Penerangan CUAbattoir production management is to manage an effective special project activities in accordance with establishment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), establishment’s policy, Department of Safety and Health (DOSH), Good Veterinary Hygiene Practices (GVHP) Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Point (HACCP), MS 1480:2007, MS 1500:2009, Environment Act 1974 and Food Act 1985. The personnel who are competent in vendor administration shall be able to coordinate special project activities, monitor special project performance, and analyse special project performance.

Pra-SyaratThe pre-requisite to pursue this course include must be able to read, write and possess analytical skill and must hold Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM 3) in Abattoir. All candidates are also recommended to undergo on job training to attain knowledge and skills in the abattoir field of work.
