Penerangan CU | The CU title is to describe F&B budget Management. He or she is the person to prepare, enforce and control departmental operational budget. The person who is competent in F&B Budget Management shall be able to justify feasibility study for F&B operation, propose F&B operational capital expenditure and fixture, establish F&B manning budget, F&B menu costing, F&B profit and loss statement and review F&B operation budget. The outcome of this competency is to enforce and control Food & Beverage Budget Management in accordance with company policy and procedure. |
