Penerangan CU | The CU title is to describe F&B operating equipment procurement management. He or she is the person to finalize and approve departmental operating equipment procurement according to the established budget. The person who is competent in F&B operation equipment procurement management shall be able to establish F&B operation equipment list and inventory, departmental capital expenditures budgets, departmental concept criteria, approve operating equipment procurement and enforce departmental equipment maintenance schedule. The outcome of this competency is to ensure equipment purchased within the budget with expected quality and proper equipment maintenance implemented in accordance with company policy and procedure. |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to implement F&B operating equipment procurement management in order to purchase equipment within the budget with expected quality and proper equipment maintenance rectify in accordance with company policy and rules regulation. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainee will be able to:- Establish outlet concept criterion Establish Food & Beverage operating equipment list and inventory Establish departmental capital expenditures and Operating Equipment budgets (FFNE) Approve operating equipment procurement Enforce departmental equipment maintenance schedule. |
