The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to verify data collection of process parameters and production output specification, identify non-conformance root cause, propose required corrective and preventive action, assess stakeholder’s feedback/complaint and report quality management activities The outcome of this competency is to produce the quality processes and product through high quality standard in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure and stakeholder’s requirements. |
