| Penerangan CU | Microalgae materials preparation is a scope of competency to prepare the materials such as glassware and laboratory tools required in bio-algae culturing operation. The person whom is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare microalgae material requirements, soak glassware and lab tools, clean and rinse glassware and lab tools, perform drying and autoclave and store glassware and lab tools according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The outcome of this competency is to properly prepare glassware and lab tools so that it is clean and sterile to be use for bio-algae culturing operation. |
