Penerangan CUPWD food and health administration is a process of planning, monitoring and supervising common illnesses and infectious diseases, medication administration, PWD hygiene practices and balanced menu as required by statutory and regulatory body requirement.

The person who is competent shall be able to plan PWDs menu, monitor meals preparation and serving, monitor common illness, allergy and infection disease handling, monitor PWD medication intake and supervise PWD hygiene practice.

The outcome of this competency is to ensure the PWD food intake planning and health condition prepared and handled according to SOP.

Objektif PembelajaranThis PWD food and health administration competency unit is to carry out planning, monitoring and supervising common illnesses and infectious diseases, medication administration, PWD hygiene practices and balanced menu as required by statutory and regulatory body requirement. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:
1. Plan PWD’s menu
2. Monitor meals preparation and serving
3. Monitor common illness, allergy and infection disease handling
4. Monitor PWD medication intake
5. Supervise PWD hygiene practice
