Penerangan CU | PWD job coaching is a process of training PWDs to be able to adapt into working environment as required by statutory and regulatory body requirement. The person who is competent shall be able to Carry out PWDs assessment, carry out employer’s assessment and consultation, prepare job instruction, carry out job orientation, monitor PWDs job performance and prepare PWD’s job coaching report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure PWD is integrate with working environment through systematic planning and implementation of job coaching procedure. |
