The person who is competent in reservation and ticketing management shall be able to carry out work distribution, monitor ticketing inventory, verify sales document, carry out ticketing re-issuance and refund process,monitor BSP link and carry out vendor selection according to company SOP The outcome of this competency is to equip the travel agent staff on the management of reservation and ticketing skill according to the standard given by the company and regulatory/ authority bodies (such as Ministry Of Tourism, International Air Transport Association (IATA). |
