The person who is competent in tour management shall be able to carry out tour package/ product/ event selection,manage transportation fleet and prepare transportation fleet performance report according to company SOP. The outcome of this competency is to equip the travel agent personnel on the managing inbound & outbound tour packages and ground handling required operation service standard. |
