| Penerangan CU | MICE accommodation service is an essential role for hospitality arrangement for special residing solicitation. The person who is competent in MICE accommodation service shall be able to determine rooms allotment, carry out residing procedures, arrange accommodation special needs and ascertain occupancy safety and security requirement. The outcome of this competency unit is to enable guest accommodation and residing arrangement are consolidated and solicited in accordance with service allotment complementing to MICE event venue condition for hospitality worthiness. |
