| Penerangan CU | MICE F & B service is an essential role for delegation or guest food and beverages arrangement are consolidated and solicited. It is to ensure events meal and food arrangement are engage with the service providers for clients’ MICE interest. The person who is competent in MICE F & B service shall be able to setup F & B committee, determine official meals requirements, engage food caterers, arrange banquet setup, props/décor arrangement and housekeeping necessity. The outcome of this competency unit is to enable MICE F & B arrangement are consolidated and solicited with the providers for meals and food requirements complementing and ensuring to the safety and security of compliances. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to handle MICE F & B arrangement. He/she is responsible to solicit with the providers for meals arrangement in compliance with the food & beverage requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to: • Set up F & B Committee • Determine official meals requirements • Engage food caterers • Arrange banquet set up • Arrange props/décor arrangement • Arrange housekeeping requirements |
