| Penerangan CU | MICE Pre & Post tours service is the supplementary and complementary aided service for delegation in tourism activities coordination which includes the assistance, ensuring delegation safety and security throughout theirs’ respective packages to seek leisure and official information, belongings and infotainment pleasures. It is to complementing and supplementing the tourism functions or activities which focusing on the event management responsibility which solicited at early agreement. The person who is competent in MICE pre- & post tours service shall be able to determine types of pre and post tours service requirement, tour participants capacity, arrange leisure packages logistic, coordinate tour activities and compile tour service feedbacks. The outcome of this competency unit is to enable tour aided infotainment service and information are coordinated and made-complementing to delegation with legislative governance in hospitality and tourism compliances. |
