| Penerangan CU | Special interest tours service is the supplementary and complementary aided service for delegation in tourism activities coordination which includes the assistance, ensuring delegation safety and security throughout theirs’ special needs and events and tourism aided arrangement to seek commercial, official and special venue exploration to seek information, belongings and infotainment necessities. It is to complementing and supplementing the tourism functions or activities which focusing on the event management responsibility which solicited at early agreement. The person who is competent in special interest tours service shall be able to determine types of special interest tours service requirement, tour participants capacity, arrange special interest tour functions and packages logistic, coordinate tour activities and compile tour service feedbacks. The outcome of this competency unit is to enable tour aided supplementary service and activities are coordinated and made-complementing to delegation with legislative governance in hospitality and tourism compliances. |
