| Penerangan CU | The Basic Chromatography Analysis describes the requirement to prepare related standard and sample, prepare the solvent system, spot the standard and sample on the plate/paper chromatography,develop the plate/paper chromatography in solvent tank,spray appropriate reagents,observe the plate/paper under the UV-light and record the test results.The person who is competent in the Basic Chromatography Analysis shall be able to perform Thin Layer Chromatography Analysis,Paper Chromatography Analysis and Column Chromatography Analysis. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform chemical analysis using basic chromatographic techniques as in SOP.
