| Penerangan CU | IT Network equipment maintenance involves the administrating of network equipment and preventive &corrective maintenance. IT Network equipment maintenance can be carried out either remotely or on site. The person who is competent in IT network equipment maintenance shall be able to prepare network equipment maintenance requirement, implement network equipment preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance and finally report network equipment maintenance activities The outcome of this competency is to maintain network equipment operation according to organisational network equipment SOP and Service Level Agreement ( SLA ). |
