The person who is competent in this competency shall be able to review master output submission requirements, execute mastering process, carry out resubmission process and prepare media for archiving. The outcome of this competency is to produce a final product that meets the technical delivery broadcast safe specifications of the broadcaster, ensuring proper video levels, aspect ratio, and blanking width. |
