| Penerangan CU | Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) Process Monitoring deals with the competent personnel able to be responsive on routine job/ task and able to respond to superior in event of process abnormality and equipment/ instrument malfunctioning. The competency involves the competent personnel to check influent status, conduct in-situ measurement, collect daily sample for internal lab analysis, check final discharge physical quality, and accompany accredited laboratory for periodically effluent discharge sampling. The goal of this competency is to ensure the operational of the IETS are in good order at all times in accordance to Work Instruction (WI). He/ She are able to identify and determine the routine daily process data such as influent and effluent physical appearance, in-situ data measurement, data record and sample labelling and collection. In addition the personnel will assist/support the superior or other personnel in the department to ensure the smooth/efficient operation of the IETS. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able tobe responsive on routine job survey task and able to respond to his/ her superior in event of process abnormality and equipment/ instrument malfunctioning. Upon completion of this competency unit trainees will be able to: 1. Check influent status. 2. Conduct in-situ measurement 3. Collect daily sample for internal lab analysis 4. Check final discharge physical quality. |
