| Penerangan CU | Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) Supervision deals with the competency that enables supervisor level personnel to engage and handle the professional development a group of technician/ operator in the daily operation of IETS facility. The scope of competency involves the competent personnel to prepare staff work schedule, carry out briefing session, handle staff welfare, monitor staff performance, conduct on job training, and coordinate inventory procurement. The outcome of the competency is to ensure handling of subordinates (technician/ operator) for IETS operation complies with Environmental Quality Act 1974; Environmental Quality (Industrial Effluent) Regulations 2009; and Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and its regulations. CU Pre-requisites: Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) Operation Control. |
