| Penerangan CU | Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) Performance & Troubleshooting engages in the competent personnel to conduct monitoring and verification of IETS process activities and facility performance by using data analysis methods to monitor and verify the raw operational data provided by subordinate to assess the actual status and performance of the IETS operation. With those data the competent personnel is able to troubleshooting of daily/ common technical problems in IETS process and facility by supervise, control and delegate job task to sub-ordinate as to restore IETS to its optimal performance. The scope of competency involves the competent personnel to confirm influent condition, in-situ analysis and data recording as per daily monitoring checklist/ log sheet, troubleshoot IETS operation and restore IETS operation. He/she also must be able to digest the data, report in systematically data record, detect abnormalities and carry out restoration process so that the routine IETS operation are in accordance to SOP set up by the management. The goal of the competency is to ensure the competent personnel be able to verify the data reported by subordinates are accurate and re-present the actual condition /status of the IETS operation. In event of abnormalities, the competent personnel will use the data to conduct troubleshooting of daily/ common technical problems in IETS operation so that operation downtime is minimized and provide risk control measures during troubleshooting activities as to ensure compliance to safety, health & environmental laws, regulations (OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, EQA 1974). He/she is responsible to avoid any mis-presentation of the data to the superior/ management. Daily / common troubleshooting activities are limited to certain facilities and shall exclude mechanical and electrical equipment.
