The person whom is competent in Pewter Operation Supervision should be able to organise production activities, conduct briefing sessions, monitor production personnel performance , monitor pewter production, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Act compliance, supervise pewter production operation and conduct in-house training The outcome of this competency is to ensure the efficient manufacturing operation, the availability of quality workforce, valid performance evaluation and effective management of HR related matters. |
