| Penerangan CU | Standard Malaysian Rubber (SMR) Quality Management System describes the organisation of the documents required to maintain the quality management system implementation within a SMR processing factory. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare Standard Operating procedure (SOP) document Implementation, conduct corrective action and preventive action implementation, plan internal and external audit, handle customer complaints and feedbacks, and review Quality Management System (QMS). The outcome of this competency is the personnel able to coordinate the Quality Management System in the SMR factory. |
