| Penerangan CU | Fibreglass hull & superstructure mould preparation planning and control is a process of monitoring, controlling and coordinating mould preparation activities to fabricate fibreglass boat hull and superstructure. The skills involve decision making in confirming selection of mould size, mould material, tools, waxing chemicals and mould cleaning in accordance with fibreglass boat specifications. The person who is competent in fibreglass hull & superstructure mould preparation shall be able to analyse boat building requirements, organise waxing materials preparation activities, control mould position set up and mould preparation activities in accordance with fibreglass boat specifications. The outcome of this competency is the ability to monitor and control preparation of waxing compound / release agent, fillet strip / clay, mould protection materials and confirming mould setting for fibreglass hull & superstructure production in accordance company production requirement. |
