| Penerangan CU | Shift administrative coordination involve in scheduling and supervising daily shift operations at fire station. Fire station must always ready with competence and discipline staff and officer at all time for incident and emergency situation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to administer staff leave, disciplinary issue, hence preparing staff manning schedule for the entire department. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the effective manning in ARFF operation is coordinated regardless of normal or emergency situation according to ARFF SOP. |
