| Penerangan CU | ARFF team strives to provide the highest quality training possible for its team members. The ARFF Training Coordinator required to maintain each ARFF member’s Rating Card and to ensure they can proficiently perform the requisite skills and knowledge. Each member’s ARFF Rating Card will be reviewed at the end of each year to ensure that they have met the training requirements and any deficiencies in required training are addressed on an individual basis. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out training equipment and materials preparation, select staff for training, coordinate logistic for staff training and evaluate training effectiveness. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the ARFF staff training logistic requirements and training program will be successfully handled and conducted as per training schedule according to HR training guidelines. |
