| Penerangan CU | ARFF procurement and budget coordination describes the competency in executing procurement requisition and participating in the preparation of the ARFF budget by complying with establishment’s procurement and finance SOP. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to coordinate ARFF unit budget preparation, conduct ARFF goods purchasing and receiving. The outcome of this competency is to develop proper procurement requisition administration and at the same time monitoring purchasing activities according to ARFF procurement guidelines. |
