The person who is competent in data collection validation shall be able to identify data collection requirements, coordinate data collection activities, verify data compliance requirements and prepare data collection monitoring and verification report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the validity, efficiency and reliability of the collected data is maintained and in accordance with specified requirements. |
