The person whom is competent in this CU will be able to conduct market study, assess past events record, assess post events activities and produce quality improvement report

The outcome of this competency is to enable personnel to develop and maintain quality environment on manpower planning, work effectiveness, team work productivity, cost effectiveness and efficiency to ensure the company remain competitive.
