The personnel who are competent in the Scheduled Wastes Sampling Implementation shall be able to prepare sampling activities requirement, verify schedule wastes nature for conformity and carry out scheduled wastes sampling activities. The outcome of this competency is to successfully conduct scheduled waste sampling using correct methods in a safe manner, thus reducing the hazard risk to human health and environment. |
