The personnel who are competent in the supervisory function must be able to monitor section work progress, organize section briefing, conduct hands-on training, perform staff training, organized appraisal, implement safety measures, perform customer and inter departmental liaison and prepare technical report. The outcome of this competency is to successfully able to appraised and enhance capacity building for subordinate, managed customers complaint effectively and able to produce report as required. |
