| Penerangan CU | The Eddy Current Testing (ET) - Equipment Pre and Post Maintenance Works Coordination describes the requirement to inspect ET equipment for its functionality condition as per schedule and send for repair if necessary. The objective of this CU is to execute eddy current testing (ET) – pre and post equipment maintenance works coordination in accordance with the approved eddy current testing written work instruction / ET procedure and to ensure that tools, equipment and materials are maintained in good working order and are available at job site when needed. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to review equipment and accessories against issuance checklist record, inspect ET equipment and accessories functionality, prepare equipment and accessories abnormality report and coordinate ET equipment and accessories maintenance and calibration. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to execute eddy current testing (ET) – pre and post equipment maintenance works in accordance with the approved eddy current testing written instruction / ET procedure and to ensure that tools, equipment and materials are maintained in good working order and are available at job site when needed. Upon completion of this competency unit trainees will be able to: • Review equipment and accessories against issuance checklist • Inspect ET equipment and accessories functionality • Prepare equipment and accessories abnormality report • Coordinate maintenance and calibration for ET equipment and accessories |
