| Penerangan CU | "The Eddy Current Testing (ET) - Procedure Development describes the competency in assessing contract requirements by identifying the applicable code and standard, personnel qualification component, materials, area of interest to be inspected, equipment and materials parameters, acceptance and rejection criteria, in developing ET procedure in accordance with aerospace sub sector requirements. The objective of this CU is to ensure the ET written procedure is developed in accordance to contract requirements, applicable code, standard and specification. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess ET technical contract requirements and prepare ET material characterisation, ET non-conductive coating thickness measurement, ET surface / subsurface discontinuity inspection and ET non-ferrous material thickness measurement procedures." |
