| Penerangan CU | The Radiographic Testing (RT) - NDT Works Quality Assurance describes the competency in assuring the quality of the NDT works by documenting, monitoring and reviewing the works performed as per QA programme requirements pertaining to RT in aerospace sub sector. The objective of this CU is to ensure that the quality of RT works is assured to satisfy client’s requirements based on applicable codes, standards and procedures through the QA system. The person competent in this CU shall be able to perform NDT Quality Assurance (QA) activities, establish RT testing documents, monitor RT QA activities, audit RT testing documents, perform work inspection standardisation and review the application of codes, standards, specifications and procedures. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ensure that the quality of RT works is assured to satisfy client’s requirements based on applicable codes, standards and procedures through the QA system. Upon completion of this competency unit trainees will be able to: • Perform NDT Quality Assurance activities • Establish RT testing documents • Monitor RT QA activities • Audit RT testing documents • Perform work inspection standardisation • Review the application of codes, standards, specifications and procedures |
