The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to monitor work progress, conduct staff training, perform staff appraisal, implement safety measures at workplaces, carry out customer and inter departmental liaison, prepare section budget and prepare technical report. The outcome of this competency is electrical plant operations are supervised according to related rules, regulations body and statutory requirements. |
